We are constantly refreshing our training and evolving our platform to ensure that the learning experience feels modern and relevant.

See the Updates in Action

Austin Light, our VP of Creative, recently sat down to walk through the latest visual and interactive shifts we’ve made to the Ethena experience. Check out the video below to see a side-by-side comparison of how we’re leveling up our training.

“Everything I'm about to show you is currently live in our training and is also something that you can currently use yourself.”

A Fresh New Look

One of the first things you’ll notice is a major boost in visual flexibility. We’ve moved beyond simple layouts to give you more control over the "vibe" of your training:

  • Custom Backgrounds: You can now upload any image, simple color, gradient, or pattern to serve as a background to fit your company theme.
  • Dynamic Layouts: We’ve introduced new interactivity options, such as carousels you can click through and static box layouts that organize information cleanly across the page.

Interactive Learning: Beyond the Multiple Choice

Compliance isn't always a simple "A or B" answer, so your training shouldn't be either. We’ve added several new ways for learners to engage:

  • Varied Knowledge Checks: New true/false slides and "Yes/No/Maybe" sorting games provide immediate feedback, prompting learners to "try again" if they miss the mark.
  • The "Quick Take": This immersive format features an actor speaking directly to the learner about their experience, making the scenario feel realistic and personal.
  • AI-Graded Responses: We now offer free-text responses where the backend AI is trained on what a "correct" answer looks like. This prevents "junk" answers (like "1234") from passing while allowing for more nuanced participation.

New Content & Regulatory Updates

While we’ve been busy with new features, our content team has been hard at work updating our course catalog to stay ahead of the latest global regulations:

Harassment Prevention & Workplace Transparency

  • Industry Specifics: We have launched targeted updates for Retail and Warehouse tracks, featuring video scenarios tailored to those unique work environments.

AI & Cybersecurity Awareness

  • Real-World AI Threats: Our latest Cybersecurity exercises move beyond theory to tackle hands-on defense against Deep Fakes, Phishing, Smishing, and Vishing.
  • Generative AI Safety: New modules cover prompt hygiene and safety for teams using tools like ChatGPT.

Accessibility & Global Safety

  • AODA Compliance: We’ve updated our "AODA and the Human Rights Code" modules to ensure organizations meet the latest accessibility and digital application standards in Ontario.
  • International Standards: New global training modules address Basic Occupational Safety & Health requirements in Japan, as well as ethical and safety standards for China and EMEA (Netherlands, UK, and Cyprus).

Financial & Regulatory Compliance

  • BSA/AML Pillars: Our latest updates include deep dives into the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Customer Identification Programs (CIP), addressing the latest risk-based examination procedures for financial institutions. Plus, our AI in Financial Crime training helps teams harness AI responsibly with accountability.

Build Your Training, Your Way

At Ethena, our content library isn’t just a static collection of videos, it’s a living, breathing resource designed to move at the speed of culture and regulation. We make these updates because compliance doesn't stand still. Whether it's a shift in DOJ guidance or a new technological threat like Deep Fakes, our goal is to ensure your team is always learning from the most current and engaging material available.

By combining our high-quality, in-house production with robust, AI-enhanced interactivity, we ensure that your training library is as modern as the teams using it. As we continue to expand our global and industry-specific offerings, we remain committed to providing training that your employees don't just complete, but actually enjoy.
