Course Summary
Workplace sexual harassment training in both New York City and New York State is governed by comprehensive laws designed to prevent and address harassment in the workplace.rnrnUnder the New York State Human Rights Law, all employers are required to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. Similarly, New York City has its own requirements under the Stop Sexual Harassment in NYC Act, which align with state laws but also mandate specific content and record-keeping practices.
Ethena’s interactive New York sexual harassment training covers key topics like bystander intervention, retaliation, employees’ rights, the complaint process, and available remedies — all through relatable and true-to-life scenarios.
