Why is harassment prevention training in Connecticut important?

As of October 1, 2019, Connecticut law mandates that employers with three or more employees must provide two hours of harassment prevention training to all employees within six months of their hire date. This training must cover topics such as the definition of sexual harassment, examples of prohibited behaviors, reporting procedures, and the consequences of harassment. Additionally, supervisors and managers are required to undergo additional training on how to prevent and respond to harassment in the workplace.

I love the examples you provided. These happen in REAL LIFE!
