Course Summary

Workplace sexual harassment training in California is mandated by law to create a safer and more inclusive working environment. Under Senate Bill 1343, employers with five or more employees are required to provide two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to supervisory employees and one hour to nonsupervisory employees every two years.

Ethena’s California sexual harassment training is designed according to Cal. Gov. Code Section 12950.1 and CCR Section 11024 and EEOC best practices. It includes a 60-minute track for individual contributors and a 120-minute track for managers.
