Why is harassment prevention training in Australia important?

While there are currently no federal laws mandating harassment prevention training, individual states and territories have their own regulations in place. For example, in New South Wales, employers are required to take reasonable steps to prevent workplace harassment, which may include providing training to employees. Additionally, the Australian Human Rights Commission provides resources and guidance on preventing and addressing workplace harassment and discrimination. Many employers in Australia voluntarily implement harassment prevention training programs to educate employees on recognizing, preventing, and responding to harassment and discrimination.

I love the examples you provided. These happen in REAL LIFE!
