Why is this training important?

Rising identities can also encompass cultural or ethnic identities that are gaining prominence due to increased awareness and advocacy efforts. In a constantly evolving social landscape, acknowledging and validating rising identities is essential for promoting inclusivity and understanding the diverse experiences of individuals.
