Since our founding in 2019, we’ve worked tirelessly to create informative, cringe-free content and develop best-in-class compliance training programs that fit our customers’ needs. Underlying all of this is our powerful technology platform which makes using Ethena a breeze for our administrators. It also means that customers trust Ethena with their data, and we take that responsibility seriously. That’s why we build everything at Ethena with security top of mind and continue to invest heavily in securing our products, data, and business processes.

To that end, we are excited to announce that we completed a Service Organization Control Type 2 (SOC 2 Type 2) examination by Dansa D’Arata Soucia LLP. As part of the examination process, the independent team at Dansa D’Arata Soucia performed a thorough review of our internal controls, policies, and processes for how we operate as a platform and business. They found that Ethena meets or exceeds the standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and that our business processes, information technology and risk management controls are properly designed and operating as intended.

We appreciate our partners at Vanta, who helped simplify the audit process and allowed us to continuously monitor our compliance. Plus, it should come as no surprise that we’ve been holding ourselves accountable to secure procedures and industry best practices from the day Ethena was founded. Compliance is in our DNA!

Our SOC 2 Type 2 report is available to existing customers and prospects upon request (subject to confidentiality obligations). Reach out to your sales representative or customer success manager if you are interested in reviewing this report!
