Course Summary

Fair dealing involves adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as upholding moral and ethical standards, even in difficult situations.

This mini-course teaches learners how to avoid unfair dealing/business practices with customers and competitors, as well as how to gather information on competitors ethically.
