How the AI features work together

A shared orchestration layer automates the risk-to-response cycle. When the Disclosure Agent identifies a pattern or a vendor is flagged by the Third-Party Risk Agent, the platform routes the signal to the Training Agent to draft relevant content. When the Policy Agent approves a policy update, the platform automatically rewrites the affected training. Policy Bot supplements this by providing real-time data: employee questions become signals the Policy Agent uses to identify gaps in policy clarity. AI Translations and AI Audio/Dubbing ensure that all content is immediately accessible to every global employee in their preferred language and format.
