Course Summary

We’ve all heard “age is just a number,” right? Well, the fact remains that not only can age affect how people are treated in their workplaces, it can also be the basis for discrimination and harassment.

This mini-course, staged as a radio play, teaches employees what ageism is, covers legal protections that exist on the basis of age, and helps learners know what to do if they experience or witness ageism.
