In 2024, Asana rolled out Ethena’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC) trainings. The teams carefully mapped out internal workflows, embedding policies directly into the courses and using universal learner center links to guide employees seamlessly into the platform. They also aligned Ethena’s automated notifications with internal communication cadences and practices, ensuring employees knew what to expect and when.

Behind the scenes, Ethena’s robust admin tools made it easy for Asana’s compliance and learning teams to monitor progress, pull reports, and stay ahead of deadlines.

Global reach with near-perfect completion rates

In under a year, Asana trained its global workforce on Code of Conduct and ABAC courses using Ethena — with close to 100% completion rate. The platform’s built-in flexibility helped Asana fit training into their own practices and systems, not the other way around. And with a successful foundation in place, the team expanded their partnership in April 2025 to include Harassment Prevention, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity training.
