Course Summary

Creating a culture of compliance is important for the long-term success (and integrity) of any business. It establishes a foundation where ethical behavior and adherence to legal standards aren’t just enforced, but ingrained in every aspect of the organization. A strong culture of compliance helps prevent misconduct, reduces the risk of legal penalties, and protects an organization’s reputation.

In this mini-course, we take a look at the United States Navy and the lessons learned from systemic faults around compliance that can also apply to the private sector.
